CORDET holds first close of direct lending fund at approximately €200 million

CORDET is pleased to announce the first close of its debut fund, CORDET Direct Lending (the “Fund”), with commitments of approximately €200 million from both Northern European and international institutional investors.

CORDET is pleased to announce the first close of its debut fund, CORDET Direct Lending (the “Fund”), with commitments of approximately €200 million from both Northern European and international institutional investors. This first close is the first admission of investors to the Fund.

CORDET focuses on Northern Europe, in particular the Nordics and the UK, offering direct lending and private debt solutions to smaller mid-market companies with revenues of €10-250 million and / or enterprise values of up to €250 million. The Fund’s investment policy is to invest in a diversified portfolio of approximately 20-40, primarily senior secured, loans typically ranging between €5-30 million in size.
