CORDET has provided a loan to Flabeg Automotive Holding GmbH (“Flabeg”), a portfolio company of Sun Capital Partners. The purpose of the financing package was to refinance existing debt and to provide growth capital.

Founded in 1882, Flabeg is one of the world’s leading supplier of automotive mirror glass products currently employing 1,387 FTE. It produces mirrors and interior glass features to all the major OEM’s.
