CORDET has provided a loan to CETA Insurance Limited (“CETA”) a portfolio company of Kester Capital LLP. The purpose of the financing package is to support the acquisition of a majority stake in CETA.

Established in 1993 and based in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, CETA is an online insurance broking platform company specialising in the distribution of insurance products in several niche areas including caravan, boat, SME liability and household (e.g. thatched roofs and landlord liability). The Company sells direct to customers via their own portal specific websites (e.g. compare-caravan-insurance.co.uk) and via mortgage brokers and IFAs.
